What your child should wear?
For their first class, your child just needs:
- Comfortable sportswear
- A t-shirt or gym top
- Shorts or leggings
- A water bottle
There is no need to bring any special kit for their first session. Our team will make sure your child feels welcome and knows exactly what to do upon arrival.

We are based in the heart of Reigate, on the corner of Bell Street and Bancroft Road, above Wagamama. It is easy to find and convenient to get to from Reigate, Redhill, Dorking, Horley, and nearby areas.

We understand that sending your child to their first martial arts class can be a big step. Find answers to commonly asked questions below. If you have any others, get in touch.
They can start from 4 years old, with mini classes for 4-6-year-olds, and junior classes for 7-11-year-olds. This keeps coaching age-appropriate, and helps your kids learn alongside peers at a similar stage.
No. Just like adults, your child can start as a complete beginner. The first class is beginner-friendly with clear guidance and support.
All they need is comfortable sportswear – we’ll take care of the rest!
