About us

Memento Mori isn’t just a gym

For us, martial arts is about more than sick chokes and kicks or fitness – it’s about building confidence, discipline and resilience. Skills that benefit us in everyday life. Our name, Memento Mori (Latin for ‘remember you must die’), reminds us to train with purpose, stay humble, and make the most of every opportunity to grow.
